COMMUNITY
Nurturing connection and belonging through presence, kindness, and care.

COLLABORATION
Building transparent, shared processes for decision-making and participation.

CO-CREATION
Allowing artistic expression and human  connection to emerge individually and collectively, with curiosity and trust.

ARTIST RESEARCH
ILMA artists immerse themselves in singing based projects that support the generation of new knowledge.
