Elina Teini is a singer-songwriter whose music reaches deep into the contradictions of the human experience and into emotions that often remain unspoken. Sweeping melodies, painfully honest lyrics, a distinctive voice and a dark tonal atmosphere are hallmarks of her music.

Elina Teini has released three singles, and her fourth, Haavoja (“Wounds”), will be released on March 27, 2026. The song deals with the difficulty of commitment: the feeling that when a previous relationship has broken you so deeply, you begin to fear that you may no longer know how to love.

Elina Teini has also appeared on Keko Salata’s track Minä ja mun ajatukset (“Me and My Thoughts”). In September 2018, she won the Juuri Nyt Urban Festival songwriting competition with her distinctive songs and powerful interpretation.
